Freeze Edge Returns Policy
We comply with Australian Consumer Law. Returns are accepted if your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In these cases, we will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are not covered under our free returns policy.
We do not offer product-for-product exchanges. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a return and provide either a replacement or a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return
